Ryanair’s Kenny Jacobs explains the problem with eDreams, a website he says "that unlawfully sells Ryanair flights, by masquerading as Ryanair.com, and then offering customers a substandard service as well as imposing additional fees, or often “selling” fares that don’t even exist".
